DBCS Reminder of Week 9/21/24

Dear Parents,

This Sat, 9/21, the Chinese School will have regular classes from 9:00-12:30pm.

Please note, the Mental Math class is cancelled for this week and the next week. Students of the Mental Math class can stay in 305 to wait for parents to pick them up or they can be picked up after their Chinese classes at 11:30am.

This Sunday, 9/22, we will have our annual Moon Festival Celebration. As in the past few years, the event has two parts:

3:00-6:00pm, Outdoor in the DBHS Courtyard, featuring games for kids, local business vendors, live performances (including the DBHS Marching Band), and food etc. All are welcome.

6:00-8:00pm, Indoor performances at the DBHS Theater, featuring great performances by local art groups, DBHS art groups, and some DBCS students. Tickets are required for the indoor events. This year, we received a generous donation to cover the cost for DBCS students and parents. So if you are interested in attending the performance, please send a message to us, indicating your name and tickets needed. You can then come to our office to pick up the tickets or we will arrange "Will Call" at the door.
