DBCS Reminder of Week 2/10/2024

Dear Parents,

Happy Chinese New Year! On this Chinese New Year Day, we will have regular Chinese school from 9:00-12:30pm.

We have made a change in the calendar. We will have regular classes on next Saturday, 2/17. We will not have Chinese school on 5/25. The last day of our academic year will be on May 18, 2024.

We will have a little art exhibit to showcase art works of our students in the Advanced Art Class, Paper Sculpture class and the Chinese Calligraphy class. Please bring your art works to school and give it to the office in the morning this Saturday.

We will have a late Chinese New Year celebration event this year, which will be on 02/24. On that day, we will all start school at 9:00am. At 10:00am, class will be over and some classes will perform while others can be picked up by parents to enjoy the celebration. We need parent volunteers for the event. Please let us know if you are able to help.

龙年吉祥！大年初一，2月10日， 中文学校正常上课，包括所有的才艺课。

我们今年的行事历有所变动， 2月17日， 下周六，学校正常上课。5月25日没有课。本学年最后一天是5月18日。

我们会在2/10开始为我们几个艺术类才艺班做一个展出，包括纸雕，绘画进阶班，书法班，请同学们选好自己的作品，在早上交给办公室。

今年新春园游会在2/24。 中文课在8:00-10:00. 之后，一些班级会集体去表演节目，其他没有集体表演的班级的学生由家长接上，可以参加我们的活动。 我们需要一些家长来帮忙，如果有时间，可以给我们报名。
