Dear Parents,

This Sat, Chinese school will have regular classes from 9:00am-12:30pm. Please note that 10/13, Chinese school will have no class as DBHS needs classrooms for their PSAT.

Last week we had a very successful Open House. For parents that had not get an opportunity to talk to the teachers, our teachers will be available by appointment. Principal Tang and our administrative director, Jing, will always be around if you want to ask or discuss something with them. Work together, we will improve our school and benefit our kids.

Regarding homework, the school's policy is that everyone should have at least two hours of homework to work on during the week. If your kids need help with his/her homework, we have a "Homework Help" class between 11:30am-12:30pm.

本週六，中文學校正常上課。下週六，10月13日，中文學校沒有課，因為高中有PSAT考試。

上週六的“開放日”活動很成功，謝謝，家長們提出了很多很好的建議，學校會在今後落實和改進。如果您沒有機會和孩子的老師交流，您可以通過家長聯絡單上的聯絡方法同老師聯繫。校長和行政主任一般都在學校，隨時歡迎來交流。大家一起努力，就能把學校辦得更好。

關於學生得家庭作業，學校一般要求學生在家做家庭作業的時間在2小時左右。如果一些學生需要家庭作業的幫助，學校有“家庭作業輔導”的課後班，學生可以利用這個班得到輔導。
