如何註冊HOW TO REGISTER

本校學生的報名表已經于4月21日分發。家長可直接填表，帶來學校註冊即可。

Option I:  BY MAIL
1. Print out the register form (Registration Form)

2. Fill out the form

3. Send out the form with the check payable to D.B.C.A. .  Please write down "Deposit only" in the back of your check.

4. Mail the check and form to the following address:
  Diamond Bar Chinese School  
1142 S. Diamond Bar Blvd. #110, Diamond Bar, CA 91765

We will contact you and confirm the receipt of the registered form and check.


Option II:  REGISTER IN PERSON

During our school year (ends on May 26, 2012), you may come to DBCS office (Inside the D building of Diamond Bar High School) during our Saturday class times (9:00-12:30pm) or come to our 5/5 Open House to register in person.  During the summer, please make appointment for register in person.

報名方法一：郵寄

1.       打印報名表(Registration Form)

2.       填寫報名表

3.       將填好的報名表同支票一起寄出。支票臺頭請寫給“D.B.C.A.”。請在支票背面寫明“Deposit Only”。

4.       請將支票和報名表寄到以下地址：

         1142 S. Diamond Bar Blvd. #110, Diamond Bar, CA 91765

5. 中文學校收到你的報名表和支票后，將和您聯繫并確認收到注册資料。

報名方法二：親自報名

2012年5月26日之前，請于週六9：00－12：30pm到鑽石吧中文學校辦公室（位於鑽石吧高中內D樓），辦理注冊手續。歡迎您于5月5日學校“Open House ”期間（10：00－12：30pm）前來辦理。
暑假期間，請事先預約，辦理。
