預祝母親節快樂！本週六，中文學校正常上課，9：00-12：30pm.

由於鑽石吧高中的停車場在週六會有修剪樹枝工作（Tree Service），停車位可能有困難，請家長預留足夠的時間，並注意施工現場的標誌，不要將車停在工作區，以免影響或損壞車輛。

3月參加SAT模擬考試的同學可以在本週六到辦公室拿成績單。

5月19日是中文學校的結業式，地點為高中禮堂，時間為9：00-11：30am. 結業式上將表彰本年度的優秀學生，優秀教師和頒發獎學金。屆時，我們的一些班級，包括一些才藝班，也會表演節目。請所有的學生和家長參加。

鑽石吧中文學校為非營利組織，我們盡可能辦好學校，希望得到大家的支持。今年學校的$5，000獎學金為學生家長，Allen Ku & Ivy Lin夫婦所捐贈，再次感謝他們。給學校的捐款，每一項都會和捐助人商量用處，專款專用，評比過程公開，公平。希望有更多的家長或者社會人士能夠為學校慷慨解囊，鼓勵孩子們學好中文。本年度的獎學金情況，請參考學校網頁所公佈的內容。

請在校學生的家長盡快註冊下一個學年的課程。

Dear Parents,

Happy Mother's Day! This Sat, Chinese school will have regular classes.

On Sat, Diamond Bar High School will have tree service around the parking area, there may be shortages of parking spaces. Available parking spaces may vary at different times. Please arrive early and pay attention to the signs.

For students who took the Mock Chinese SAT Test in March, please come to office to pick up the test result.

On May 19th, we will have our honor's day event at the DBHS Theater from 9:00-11:30am. We will give awards and prizes to our outstanding students and teachers. Some classes will perform songs, and several elective classes will also perform. All students and parents, please attend this exciting event.

DBCS is a non-profit organization and we do our best to improve Chinese education. We wish to have supports from our parents. This year, our scholarships of $5,000 were donated by the Ku family. Thank you very much! Donations will be used in the way discussed and agreed between donors and our school. We make sure all are used in the intended ways and the process of awarding students and teachers are open and fair. We hope have more parents donating to our school and we have more resources to improve teachers' professional training and encourage our students in learning Chinese.
