DBCS Reminder of Week 9/5

Dear Parents,

This Sat, 9/5, Chinese school will have regular classes from 9:00-12:30pm.

Level K and Level 1 parents, please make sure your kids know the choice of elective class you made for him/her. If they can not find the place, before leaving the Chinese classroom, he/she can ask the teacher to find help. Or, he/she can always go to the office. Sometimes, little kids do not want to go to the elective classes their parents signed up for or they do not want to take any classes at all. If students do not want to take the elective class, please arrange pick up right after the end of Chinese classes. Also, please make sure the phone number you give on your registration form can be reached in case we need to contact you.

Though our elective classes are mostly free, some do require materials fee or funds to purchase equipment. DBCS provides classrooms and teachers. If the material fee is required by the teacher, please make payment in timely fashion.

本週六，中文學校正常上課。

K班和一冊班的家長請注意，請務必讓您的孩子知道他們應該上的才藝課。如果學生不知道才藝課的教室，他們可以在離開課堂之前請老師安排幫助，或者到辦公室來尋求幫助。有時，有學生不願意去家長安排的才藝課，或者根本不想上才藝課，這種情況請家長自己做好安排。不上才藝課的學生必須在中文課後立即由家長接回，不得在學校逗留。另外，請家長自己報名表上的電話在學生在校期間可以聯絡到家長，以便處理緊急情況。

我們的才藝課基本是免費的，但一些才藝課使用的材料或器材昂貴。學校為這些才藝課提供了教室和教師。一些才藝課老師如果告知需要材料費，請及時支付。
