DBCS 9/29 Open House Arrangement

Dear Parents,

This year's Open House will be on 9/22, this Sat. Here are events that we hope you can participate.

1. Meeting with Principal and President of Parents' Association, Room 565, Time: 9:15-10:15am. Come to get updates about our school and Parents' Association. Discuss ways to improve students' learning experience, campus safety. Share ideas about community building. All parents are welcome.

2. Classroom visit, time: 11:00-11:30am, go to your kids' classrooms and see what they are doing in class.

3. Conference with Teachers, location: Lunch Area near the 500 building. Time: 11:30-12:30pm. Meet with your kid's teacher and discuss concerns regarding the class and your kid's study. Most teachers will be there. However, the following teachers will have elective classes to teach so that they can not attend, parents need to talk to these teachers to schedule meetings if you have concerns to discuss. They are: K2: Teacher Sarah, Level 1 traditional, Teacher Kuo,  Level 5, Teacher Shi.

本週六，9/29，是我們中文學校一年一度的“開放日”。 本次開放日有以下活動安排

1. 同校長，家長會會長的座談會，時間： 9：15-10：15， 地點：５６５　教室。校長會介紹學校的教學情況以及同中文課及才藝課設置方面的情況。家長會會長會介紹今後主要活動安排。歡迎同學校分享您對進一步改進中文教育的想法，歡迎對教學，家庭作業，課程設置，校園安全等提出意見和建議。希望通過這樣的交流能夠進一步提升教學質量。家長們也可以和家長會分享今後活動的建議，大家一起來讓我們的社區變得更好。

２、課堂訪問，　時間　１１：００-１１：３０，　家長可以在這個時間段去自己孩子的班上听課或者觀察。

３、班級任課老師同家長的交流會。地點：５００樓附近的午餐區。時間：　１１：３０am-１２：３０pm.　各班老師會來和家長交流，個別老師因為在上才藝課，不能參加，如有需要，請和老師聯繫另外約定時間交流。他們是：Ｋ２班葉老師，繁體一冊的郭老師，5冊的施老師。
