DBCS Reminder of Week 4/21

Dear Parents,

This Sat, 4/21, Chinese school will have regular classes from 9:00-12:30pm.

For students who will participate in the SCCCS Spring Academic Competition, training session will continue this Sat, from 11:30-12:30, in Room 577. All participants should check the category and contents for the competition. For students who participate in the Speech Competition, please prepare your speech draft and ready yourself. For students who participate in the Classics Competition, please memorize the designated section of the classics. For students who participate in the Poem competition, please prepare your poem recital. Training session is for rehearsal. Teachers can not help if you are not already prepared. Early registration for 2018-2019 academic year will start this Sat. The registration form will be uploaded to our website www.dbcaa.org on Friday. Early registration ends on May 31st. After May 19th, only mail-in registration will be accepted. Register early will be very helpful for school to making decisions on teachers and classes. To show our appreciation, we will give $50 early registration discount for each students.

本週六，4月21日，中文學校正常上課。

參加南加州中文學校聯合會的同學請在才藝課時間到577教室參加輔導。所有參加的同學請仔細查看自己參加的項目內容並相應準備。演講的同學應該準備好演講，經典背誦的同學把需要背誦部分熟記，詩歌朗誦的同學要準備好自己要朗誦的詩。老師利用輔導時間主要是模擬賽場氣氛及提醒注意事項。

本週六開始2018-19年度的提前註冊。註冊表在週五會上載到學校的網站。表格週六也可以到辦公室領取。提前註冊到5月31日截止，但是，5月19日之後學校只接受郵寄報名表。提前註冊有助於安排師資，訂購課本和班級設置。為鼓勵大家提前註冊，每個提前註冊的學生將享受50元的折扣。
