Dear Parents,

Tomorrow, 2/1/2020, based on recommendations by US CDC, LA Dept. of Public Health and WVUSD, Diamond Bar Chinese school will have regular classes.

We strongly urge everyone in our Chinese community to comply with CDC recommendations and regulations. If you have come back from China within the past 14 days, please monitor and self quarantine as suggested by CDC. If you have any flu symptoms and recently in contact with people from Hubei or other infected areas in China, please contact CDC and seek medical help. When in doubt, just stay home.

For those who want to register for Mock Chinese SAT, please register tomorrow in office or send email to register.

For those who decide against coming to school, we understand. Please send message to school email, state the student's name and class. We will send homework assignment sheet.

If students want to wear surgical mask or other protective gear, please do.

If you come to school, please be on time. If you do not come to school for this week, the absence will not affect your overall attendance record (which is only meaningful for perfect attendance award).

根据美国疾控中心，洛杉矶公共健康局，核桃谷学区的建议，中文学校明天正常上课。根据CDC的建议：禁止过去14天内到过中国的外国人进入美国。

从中国大陆返回的美国公民将接受健康检查和长达14天的隔离。虽然该禁令将于美国东部时间周日下午5点生效。但中文学校要求所有师生及其家人遵守这些规定。符合以上条件的，请不要来上课并按照CDC的要求处理。

学校会密切关注疫情的发展，并按照美国相关机构的建议来决定@all，学校理解一些家长的担心，对于选择缺课的同学，家长可以给学校发电子邮件，索要家庭作业的电子档。请注明学生姓名和班级。学生来上课也可以带口罩。缺课将不计入考勤。

希望参加3月7日模拟中文SAT考試的同学，请务必在本周六去办公室登记，或者发电子邮件登记。
