DBCS Reminder of Week 11/5

Dear Parents,

This Sat, 11/5, DBCS will have regular classes.

On Sunday, many of our students will participate in SCCCS Fall Academic Competition at Acadia High. For all participants, please make sure you know the time of your competition and arrive at 30 mins earlier to get your competition ID and find classrooms. If you have any questions, please contact us at office on Sat.

For parents who referred new students to DBCS, if you have not picked up the $20 gift certificate, please come to our office this Sat. We want to thank you for your reference.

For parents of the Robotics class students, please make sure you have already submitted the material fee. The check should be payable to DBCA, if you have write the wrong "Payable to", please come to office to make corrections. We need to complete the collection and start to purchase new hardware and software for the Robotics class.

Congratulations to all outstanding students in our handwriting competition. Handwriting is an important part of the Chinese study. Our teachers are trying very hard to motivate our students to write more and better. We hope our parents can also encourage our students to write more and better.

週日，11/6, 我校一些同學將參加南加州中文學校聯合會舉辦的秋季學術比賽，他們將參加翻譯，作文，中文海報，毛筆書法和硬筆書法多個項目的比賽。預祝他們取得好成績。請參賽的同學務必掌握自己比賽的時間，並在比賽開始前至少30分鐘到場，找到我們，領取比賽資料和尋找教室。

本學年介紹過新同學入校的家長，如果還沒有領取20元的禮卷，請到辦公室領取。謝謝各位家長推薦我們的學校。大家一起努力，學校會越來越好。

機器人課學生的家長，如果您尚未繳材料費，請到辦公室辦理。支票抬頭需要寫DBCA，一些家長如果沒有寫，請到辦公室更正。我們需要完成繳費的階段，開始採購課程需要的軟硬件。

祝賀校內硬筆書法比賽的優勝者。寫字是中文學習的一個重要部分。我們的老師常常會開會研討如何改進教學，讓同學們愛寫，寫好。也請家長們多鼓勵同學們多寫，寫好！
