Dear Parents,
This Sat, Chinese school will have regular classes from 9:00-12:30pm. Please arrive on time.
Last week, our Open House was great. We hope to have such constructive communication with parents in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions and concerns. Together, we can make this school even better.
Student safety is always our top concern. We will have regular safety reminders in class and we will have more teachers outsider during recess for safety duties. We also welcome parents to help during the recess for safety. We require all students and parents know which elective class students are going. Once the student has made the choice other than the one on his/her registration form, please go to the office to make the change. Please ask your kids to go to office if they are in need of help. Please pick up on time at their classroom.
Our school has a minimal age requirement, which means that the student should be able to attend classroom activities independently.
On Nov. 5, SCCCS will have the semi-annual regional Chinese competition. For the Fall competition, events include handwriting, Chinese calligraphy, English-Chinese translation, Chinese essay, and Chinese poster. Please see attached for more information. Registration starts this week.
This Sat, most classes will have the mid-term exam. Please remind students to review course material.
