This Sat, 4/19, DBCS will have regular classes from 9:00-12:30pm.
As we approach the end of this academic year, we have started to prepare for the honor's day celebration. As last year, we want to use the opportunity to celebrate our students' achievement and showcase their talents too. If your kids are talented in performing on stage, such as singing, dancing, playing instruments (including Piano), please let us know so we can organize a fine performance at the honor's day event. High quality performances may also get an opportunity to perform on TV in early May.
In June, Diamond Bar Chinese American Association, our parent organization will publish its annual journal. We welcome essays from parents and students in order to share their stories of Chinese learning.
Tomorrow, 4/18, from 7-9:00pm, at the Diamond Bar High School, Golden Horseshoe Room, there will be a seminar on "Common Core" adaptation, with two school board members as guests speakers. Please check our website for details. All Chinese school parents and friends are welcomed.
