This Sat, 3/1, DBCS will have regular classes from 9:00-12:30pm.
Three more classes had poem recital competition last week and names of outstanding students from these classes are listed on our website. For all outstanding students in DBCS poem recital competition, we strongly encourage students to participate in the SCCCS Spring Academic Competition.Students can choose Poem Recital, Classics Recital or Speech. It will be a great experience and motivation for our students. If interested, please come to office to register this week. We need to start the training session soon.
Everyone are very concerned about the SCA-5. In order to help our parents and other community members better understand the situation and mobilize for action, we organize a meeting this Sat and invited two experts and prominent voice in the No to SCA-5 movement to the meeting. We hope everyone can come to the meeting. We can exchange information and discuss further actions together. Chinese-Americans distance ourselves from politics. However, this is less about politics and more about our kids' future. Please come and please invite your friends and other members of the community to come. Here is the time and location:

近來，很多家長都很關心SCA-5的情況。本週六，我們組織了一個社區會議，請到兩位專家和反對SCA-5共同行動的社區領袖，一位是鑽石吧市前市長，現市議員，2014 州眾議員候選人，張齡玲；另外一位是網上請願發起人，反對SCA-5的活動家，Shawn Chen。 他們會給大家介紹背景，最新情況，並和大家一起討論今後行動的設想。請大家一起來參與。在美華人政治參與程度一直不高，這次事關孩子們的未來，每個家長一定需要行動起來，維護社會公正和族裔的利益。時間地點如下：
