Dear Parents,
This Saturday, DBCS will have regular classes, from 9:00-12:30pm.
Several reminders
1. DBCAA New Year Dance Party will be held in the Diamond Bar Center on Dec. 29th. The party features dinner, performances, and raffle drawing and dance party. Tickets will be on sale from this Sat. ($25 each). Let's have fun together in this holiday season with friends and families.
2. For parents of talented young artists, this week we invited the Steve Guo of ADL Art School to give a seminar on discovering and development art talent and Art Portfolio Prep. Welcome all interested students, parents, and friends to attend. The seminar will be held at Room 563, from 11:30-12:30pm.
3. American Plus Bank Drawing Contest is calling for participants. Students are encouraged to participate. Interested students and parents please download the submission form and prepare the art work for direct submission (no need to go through DBCS). For all details, please see attachment as well as our website.
4. Our proposed Beijing Opera elective class is almost ready to start. We will wait for two more weeks to get more enrollment. Our teachers are truly great Beijing Opera artists and it is a great opportunity for our students, parents, and friends. Please let us know if you are interested. The class is tentatively scheduled to start on 11/23.
