Dear Parents,
Happy Holidays! As the end of year 2012 approaches, we want to thank all our parents for your dedication and support, thank all our teachers for their devotion and preparation, and congratulate all our students for their achievements and perseverance. We always believe this Chinese school should be more than a language institute, but a culture center, a place to make friends and meet friends.
This Saturday, 12/15, will be our last class for the year 2012. Our next class resumes after the winter break on Jan 12. Most classes will have final exam on this Sat. Please help our students to review and prepare for the final exam.
Feb 9, 2012, DBCS and DBCAA will host the annual Diamond Bar Chinese New Year Celebration. At the event, we will have a special exhibition of art works by our students, such as drawings, calligraphy, paintings, and writings. Teachers and parents are going to select the winners of each age group and winners will be awarded at the celebration. The deadline for submission is Jan 19th. Parents and students can start to prepare for this and works can be done at home independently.
To help fund activities likes this, the Diamond Bar Chinese-American Association will be selling gift cards of the Super H-Mart and 99 Ranch Market. When you use these gift cards, a small percentage will be given to our school. Please look for Tony Tai for purchasing this Sat. Both personal check and cash can be used. We really appreciate your support.

本週六，12月15日是本年度最后一次課。節假日之後，下學期將於1月12日開始上課。許多班級本週有期末考試，請家長幫助複習和準備。希望同學們取得好成績。
鑽石吧新春園遊會將於2月9日舉行。我們將舉辦一個學生的書畫作品展以及優秀作文展。作品將由老師和家長評比，頒獎儀式將於園遊會期間舉行。請參賽的同學不遲於1月19日交上作品。作品可以在假期家中獨立完成。
為了組織這些活動以及給同學們獎勵，鑽石吧華協將出售大華和H-mart的禮卷來幫助募款。請您在D-building門口找Tony購買，個人支票和現金均可。非常感謝您的支持！
